Frank Smith (Earth-616)

The Wrecker was the leader of a gang of extortionists who wrecked shops unless the owners paid them protection money. Asked by the police chief to investigate, Giant-Man and the Wasp went to visit the shop owned by Frank, which was one of the only ones not being targeted. He sold them the shop and attempted to extort money from them, but this ultimately failed and he was caught and his dual identity was revealed.^[2]

A capable criminal organizer and well versed in the use of explosives. He also used tear gas bombs and an advanced communications system.
