Train is one of the Yoshi transformations featured in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its remake Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. It is granted by touching a Morph Bubble depicting a train. While in this form, a Yoshi can shrink down and drive on train tracks painted on walls if the player presses Up on the Control Pad while a Yoshi is at one. Here, Yoshi often has to avoid Train Bandits, which come to life while Yoshi is in his Train form, and if Yoshi is touched by a Train Bandit, he spins out briefly. While outside of the walls, Train Yoshi can only move left and right. Like the other transformations, the Train form is temporary, and the Yoshi is forced to his usual form after a while or from touching a Yoshi Block.
Aside from this, the Train transformation has made two other appearances, albeit as an obstacle rather than a Yoshi transformation. The first of these is in Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, within the Baby Park course, in which the Train sometimes drives above the course, and if a racer drives into the Train, they spin out temporarily. The Train's second other appearance is in Mario Super Sluggers, on the Yoshi Park field during the day, where it can drive over any outfielder standing on the tracks.
