Kate (ケイト, Keito^?) is a playable character in Mario Tennis for the Game Boy Color. However, her technical debut is in the Nintendo 64 version of Mario Tennis, released a few months prior, as she can be transferred to it using the Transfer Pak. In Mario Tennis: Power Tour, Kate has instead become one of the tennis coaches at the Royal Tennis Academy, along with the other three Transfer Pak characters: Alex, Harry, and Nina.

Physical description[]

Kate wears a tank top and shoes, which are light pink, and a skirt and tennis shoes, which are both magenta. She has short blonde hair and blue eyes, although both are colored dark pink in her artwork for the Game Boy Color game Mario Tennis.
