Termites are a species of animal native to the Outlands and the Pride Lands. They are a sub-species of grub, and are a common source of food for other species, most notably aardwolves.

Physical characteristics[]

Termites are small, oval-shaped grubs, with reddish-brown heads and beige bodies. They bear antennae and have large, black eyes.

Sociocultural characteristics[]

Termites can typically be found in mounds. They burrow under the ground, but can emerge if their population spikes. Their primary predator is the aardwolf.
