Seisou is a male gibbon.
When the Lion Guard discovered that the animals of the forest were afraid of mentioning tuliza, they attempted to get to the bottom of the problem. With some persuasion, Seisou met with the Lion Guard in secret and informed them that Mama Binturong was hoarding all the forest's tuliza in a hideout in the Stone Forest. Because of Seisou's help, the Lion Guard was able to defeat Mama Binturong and retrieve Makini's bakora staff from her stash.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Seisou lived in the forest. He developed a strong fear of Mama Binturong, who aggressively hoarded the forest's tuliza.[1]
Encounter with the Lion Guard[]
When the Lion Guard journeyed through the forest, they met Seisou and his friends, Bambun and Tenuk. At first, the forest animals were friendly and welcoming, but when the Lion Guard mentioned tuliza, they fled in terror.
The Lion Guard attempted to question Seisou on where Makini's bakora staff was, but he fled up a tree. However, after being cornered by Anga and Bunga, he advised them to talk to a mongoose. The mongoose referred them to another animal, and he to another animal, and so on, until at last, the Lion Guard met up with Seisou in a cave. The gibbon explained that he had been unable to talk to them earlier because Mama Binturong's spies might have caught on to his activities. He informed the team that Mama Binturong was hoarding all the forest's tuliza in her hideout in the Stone Forest. After the meeting, the Lion Guard took off to deal with the problem.[1]
Physical appearance[]
Seisou is a moderately sized gibbon with long limbs and a slender build. His main pelt is dark gray, while his face and paws are pale gray. He has a ring of white fur around his face and a brown-tinted gray chest. His eyes are black with yellow sclerae.[1]
Personality and traits[]
Like most animals in the forest, Seisou fears Mama Binturong. However, he was ultimately willing to help the Lion Guard retrieve Makini's bakora staff from her.[1]
