Dahlia
Dahlia est plantarum perennium fruticosarum, tuberosarum, et speciosarum familiae Asteracearum genus, in Mexico, Media America, et Columbia endemicum. Sunt saltem triginta et sex species. Genus ex Andrea Dahl botanista Suecio saeculi duodevicensimi appellatur.[3] Linguá autem Theodiscá, planta per plurimum saeculi undevicensimi appellabatur Georgia vel Georgina, ex Ioanne Gottlieb Georgio, naturalista Petropolis Russiae.
