Going through the selection and checkout process is maddening. No way to get details on items, multiple carts show up and when you try to go back after looking at a non-descriptive picture, all previous items are deleted from your cart. I just placed an order and wound up with duplicates as a result. Needless to say, Samsung will have to cover all expenses associated with the returns, but why should I have to deal with the hassle? Website experience is way better.

It is very difficult to place orders. Even worse is the support. Wow, I never knew this experience with Samsung would be so poor. They canceled my order...I guess I'll get an apple thanks for helping my decision! Technology company? Update: I tried again to place an order and cleared the cache, too, but I can't. These prices must be some sort of fictional thing like virtual money or something.

Advertising great deals. Go through the whole process, selecting phone, trade-in, carrier plan, etc. Has been erroring out for days on the final checkout. Erases all data input and goes back to full price. Literally can not use the app. Cleared cache like you said. Now all of the options like trading in etc that give you the discount say they are not available when you get to the cart and it goes to full price. So still does not work like advertised
