It’s fiery yet creamy and sooo slurpable, especially during these nippier months. Start by cooking your noodles of choice. I’m using ramen. You can blanche some leafy greens like bok choy as well whilst the noodles are cooking. Drain the noodles , but reserve the hot and starchy noodle water. To a heatproof bowl, add: - 2-3 cloves of minced garlic - Knob of ginger, grated - 1-2 tsp sesame seeds - 2-3 tsp gochugaru/ chilli flakes Add 1.5 tbsp of hot sesame oil, followed by: - 1/2 tbsp Gochujang paste - 1 tbsp peanut butter/ tahini - 1 tbsp soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar Give it a brisk whisk to combine well. Ep 5 of All The Barish Feels & it’s this super comforting cozy dish that is surely going to soothe the soul! ❤️

Recipe: 
- in a pan heat some oil then add 2 garlic cloves finely chopped, 1 inch ginger finely chopped, 2 green chillies, 1 small onion & cook 
- then cook veggies of choice. I went with 1 cup chopped cabbage, 1 carrot, 1/2 capsicum 
- now add 2-3 cups water & bring it to a boil 
- now add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1 tbsp red chilli sauce/hot sauce 
- mix well & now add in your noodles 
- let it cook & enjoy with spring onions sesame seeds’

So I made this warm, aromatic and soul satisfying soupy noodles is exactly what we need to comfort ourselves, as the days get shorter and colder! 🫠❤️ 1. Make a paste by grinding: - 4/5 soaked dried red chillies - 1 onion - 1 tbsp ginger - 1 tbsp garlic - 2 tsp cumin powder - 1/2 tsp turmeric - 1 tsp coriander powder - 2 stalks of lemongrass 2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the paste for 4-5 mins until the oil has seperated. 3. Add 3 tbsp besan and continue to sauté for 3-4 minutes. 4.
