Natural geometry

Welcome to my colourful world! I create fractal art, mandalas and sacred geometry art that I then have printed on everyday functional items.

Geometric forms are those which correspond to named regular shapes, such as squares, rectangles and circles. I like the fact that not all naturally occurring objects are organic and it is the precision and regularity of forms within the natural world which I find particularly inspiring. Below are just a few of many examples.

Symmetry is usually defined as a sense of "balanced proportions" or "the quality of having parts that match each other," especially in an attractive way. And, when you think about it, it is all around us. Whether we look at human beings, architecture, art, or biology, there’s nothing more fascinating than seeing how the world is full of perfect forms and harmony.

The golden ratio in photography is everywhere, from a nautilus shell to the waves of the ocean. Even parts of the human body and our DNA are built based on it.

Can't explain it.

Nature truly is a wondrous place. Sometimes, you'll even find perfect shapes hidden in nature.

The universe may be chaotic and unpredictable, but it's also a highly organized physical realm shaped by the laws of mathematics.

Of the hundreds of thousands of different types of plants, most of them are symmetrical in some way. But have you ever seen a perfectly symmetrical flower?
