IOI Week 2023
IOI Week is a studio-wide creative tradition. It’s a week where we focus on creativity, innovation and togetherness by creating space for fun and exploration. Disclaimer: Miasma was entirely made in Glacier, reusing HITMAN assets. It was made for exploration and learning and is not related to any IOI game projects. Everything was created in 4 days for IOI Week and presented on August 22nd, 2023.
Bringing Teams Together Across Borders
This year, teams tackled over 60 unique initiatives, ranging from building physical props and characters to creating playable games, transforming cutscenes into interactive scenes, and even studying human anatomy for character development. Every corner of every office buzzed with creativity.
IOI Week unites our teams across studios and disciplines, offering an opportunity to explore new ideas and collaborate with colleagues you might not usually work closely with.

Celebrating Creativity and Growth
Our Producers and People Managers understand the impact IOI Week has on the team, and they're committed to ensuring it happens every year. They coordinate to free up time from our three ongoing projects, allowing space for professional growth.
At the week's end, we gather in person and online, with a drink in hand, to share highlights. We showcase live game demos, presentations, artwork, physical models, and more—some of which may end up in future games.
We wrap it all up with a vibrant summer party. This year’s theme was nautical, complete with food, music, and blue and white balloons. Great times!
