~ Bart's final words before his death. |
“ | Citizens of the world. I am the Evil Guff. My needs are small, but your danger is bigger so do as I say. Unless I receive a helicopter pad, my own island, a cook who can make spaghetti bolognaise, a shark tank, a fluffy white cat, an exploding pen and six billion pounds for a submarine. I shall eat a field full of grass and do such a monster butt mutt that I will destroy the ozone layer in one pop. Then all of you will be cooked up for good! You've got one hour till lift off. Goodbye! | „ |

His Evil Ranking[]
What Makes Him Heinous?[]
- After gaining his super farts, he decided to blackmail his parents into doing what he wanted by threatening to release gas whenever they refused his demands, causing his mother and father to crash into a street lamp after they refused to let him stay off school.
- When he wanted to go home early in school, the teacher refused to do so. So Bart decided to blackmail him with a fart, and ended up destroying the entire school instead, with him showing no remorse for this act.
- One time at the dinner table, Bart let out a fart that sent his mother and father flying straight to Scotland, where they were subsequently killed by a llama truck driving over them.
- Once Bart no longer had parents to stop him, he caused chaos all over his country, killing birds and ducks with his farts and terrorizing humans with his farts too, to the point where the prime minister forced him to live with bears in hopes that they would kill him.
- After escaping from his imprisonment with the bears, he made a broadcast to the entire world, demanding a helicopter pad, his own island, a cook that can make spaghetti bolognaise, a shark tank, a fluffy white cat, an exploding pen and 6 billion pounds for a submarine. He then told everyone that if his demands were not met in the next hour, he would eat a field full of grass and release a fart so powerful, it would tear through the ozone layer and burn everyone on Earth alive.
- After his demands were ignored, Bart attempted to destroy the ozone layer, but the fart was so powerful, it sent him flying into space and tore a hole in the space time continuum, where he then subsequently landed in compost and composted to death over the course of three years.
- While the heinous standard for the series is high, with child murder and torture being standard, Bart is the only villain to attempt omnicide.
What Makes Him Inconsistent?[]
- He is far too comedic to be Near Pure Evil as the concept of him using his farts as a weapon to kill and destroy is too ridiculous to take seriously. His farts are somehow able to perform superhuman deeds like melting roads, causing destruction, and letting him fly which is so ridiculous that it was obviously meant to be a joke. His defeat is also ridiculous to the point where it was without a doubt a joke, as he somehow not only succeeds at blowing a hole through the ozone layer, but also making a hole in the space-time continuum and travelling to a parallel universe. Bart isn't taken seriously by the narrative either as when he tries to make the world give him his demands, nobody thinks he can pull his plan off and nobody talks back to him within the hour he gives. Even beyond farting, there is also a moment where a doctor tells him not to have vegetables for the sake of the world while Bart says that he loves vegetables, which is meant to be a joke from irony.
