As any avid traveller will tell you, it is unwise to carry your passport on your person at all times. It puts that precious document at risk of being lost, stolen or damaged. For most people, the next safest place to keep money, passports and other valuables, is the hotel safe. However, an eye-opening Youtube video has gone viral and proved that hotel safes are not, in fact, safe.
