How can you edit a podcast for hearing-impaired listeners?
1. Many people have difficulty understanding fast or even normal speech. It is possible to perceptually slow down fast speech. 2. Some people’s voices (like mine) lack high frequencies, which affects intelligibility. Technology can dynamically analyze the voices of podcast participants in real time and correct them for better intelligibility. 3. Some people change their voice levels quickly, which makes it difficult for hard of hearing. This can be corrected with fast automatic gain control 4.
