Japanese talisman

Just found this Anzan Omamori (安産御守), an easy birth/delivery amulet, we bought from from Tōdai-ji in Nara. Omamori (御守) are Japanese amulets dedicated to particular Shinto deities as well as Buddhist figures. The word mamori (守り) means protection, with omamori being the sonkeigo form of the word, "to protect."
