1920's/30's black leather high heel shoes with an elastic insert at the top covered by fringe. Has a buckle on the outside of the shoe. The black color has rubbed off in places. The toe on the bottom of one shoe has fallen off. Left shoe's heel has a scrape in the leather. See all photos.
