Ingredients:
- 2 cups short grain white rice ( my fave brand is botan calrose)
- 1-2 tbsp korean black rice (2 tbsp if you like it deep purple)
- 2 cups water (1:1 ratio)

servings: 4-5

Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice until water runs clear.
2. Soak rice for 1 hour (optional).
3. Add water, make sure to level out the water so it’s even. cook in a rice cooker.
