Lily Page is a recurring characters on ABC's Once Upon a Time. she's the daughter of Maleficent and can transform into a dragon like her.
She is portrayed by Agnes Bruckner.

He is a small, green arowana fish who serves as a boat captain. He resides in the mouth of a pelican who serves as his adopted mother. As the pelican only makes honking sounds, this makes Po and Zhen mistakes that the bird is the boat captain instead. He wield a knfie as his weapon.

On Emma and Regina's return, Maleficent meets Lily and spends time with her at the diner. Lily immediately asks about her plans to get revenge on Emma's parents, but Maleficent has had a change of heart since being reunited with her. She reasons it'd be better to leave the past behind so they can think about their future together. Deeming her mother too soft, Lily decides to leave town if she isn't going to help her. This made Emma's mission, reuniting mother and daughter, a failure. Not knowing how else to stop her, Maleficent goes to & pleads for help from Mary Margaret to help bring her back (clearly showing and having no grudge against her & David), who realizes Lily is closing herself off because of her own insecurities. Fully aware that the Charmings were the ones who cast the second curse, she asks Snow if they can cast a spell to prevent Lily from leaving like Regina did with the first curse. But Snow declines, for she doesn't know how and knows it's not the way.
Lily was sitting and waiting at a bus stop to leave town when Regina approached her and treacherously cut her hand for her blood as ink for the author. This made her enraged, and she transforms into a dragon. The same power like her mother's.
The women, with David, head towards the town line, where they see Lily fly away in dragon form. Locating Lily in the woods while she is on a rampage, Maleficent approaches, trying to calm her. Fearing the latter is in trouble, Mary Margaret runs over, causing Lily to knock her into a rock, where she falls unconscious, bleeding, and nearly got killed. Maleficent and David attempt to reach Mary Margaret, but Lily stops them with fire, before taking off again. While Emma heals and apologizes to her mother for her sins and how she treated her for nothing and misjudging her again, Maleficent finds Lily, who reverts to human form. After receiving the baby rattle from Maleficent, Lily confesses being afraid of a future with her since she's ruined past relationships due to the darkness in herself. Maleficent states she doesn't mind a little darkness, and then convinces her to stay in Storybrooke for a week before making a final decision.
Little did Lily or her mother know it or bothered to, but they have falsely accused the wrong people. For Snow White and her husband did not condemn Lily by free will. They were written, altered, and placed to do this under the writing of the former author, Isaac Heller, who was the cause of this. When the Charmings cut out Isaac's escape from town and arrested him, Mary Margaret demanded to know why he wrote and placed them to hurt Maleficent and Lily all those years ago against their will just to hurt the married couple, and he explains that it has nothing to do with them, but what he foolishly clams they represent.

Like everyone, she was trapped in Isaac Heller's book and is a Black Knight, guarding Emma Swan (who is the only one who remembers and what really happened, like Henry. But even as a Black Knight, she can still transform into a dragon.
Before the Third Curse[]
After Henry became the new author, replacing Isaac, and undoing his creation, the Charmings cut out Isaac's escape from town and arrested him for his sins. Lily was mentioned by Snow to Isaac and revealed that it was him all along who actually wrote and made them hurt Lily against their will just so he can hurt them both.
Lily was seen at Granny's and plans to search for her father with her mother.
Trivia[]
- Lily never told the truth or apologized for what she did to Snow, and the plot of her not knowing who was the cause of her tragic story was never resolved due to the show's unfortunate cancellation.
- Like Mulan, she appeared to be the only female Black Knight among the Black Knights.
- As a black knight and dragon, Lily was similar to Dragon guarding Fiona in a tower from Shrek, when guarding Emma.
