Fegan Floop is the former antagonist turned supporting character of the Spy Kids franchise. Likewise, he is a television star who stars in his show, Floop's Fooglies. Though he seems to be the main antagonist for most of Spy Kids, he actually wishes to bring fun and happiness to children, and becomes an ally later on.
He is portrayed by Alan Cumming.

Presenter of "Floop's Fooglies", Floop is an imaginative inventor whose only goal is to be the greatest kids' television host ever. Unfortunately, his technology has got him involved in the wrong crowd. Uninterested in the evil schemes his clients have, Floop wishes to bring fun and happiness to children.
