Warren Foster (24 October 1904 – 13 December 1971) was an American writer and storyboard artist for the animation division of Warner Bros. and later with Hanna-Barbera. He worked on the original series The Flintstones and the film The Man Called Flintstone.

Foster contributed to the comedy, plot and character development of shows such as The Flintstones. His final work was included in the 1966 feature-length animated film, The Man Called Flintstone.
Producer and designer Iwao Takamoto said of Foster's work on The Flintstones: "I believe his influence was one of the key factors for its success".
