This is a beautiful ambient album, unsuspecting from the ominous song titles. Yet, Nordvargr successfully wraps tentacles around nerves through speakers when I thought it was safe, but the process of creation itself releases them. An expression of concerntration only possible from mounting chaos and terrifying anxiety. How strange panic and terror channels such finesse.

These are what dreams are made of. Dream 5 is among the unsettling aural dreamscapes that don't occur in me often, but they do. Nordvargr presents good audial representation of it.

After nukes devour populations and environs some places still intact look beautifully abandoned as Chernobyl, it may have the feeling of Nordvargr's "Untitled Navigations Revisited". It does create an ambience like long-abandoned arcades (RIP Benjamin) and a lost world mapped onto ours.
