it was amazing
bookshelves: authoress, lgbtq, magical-realism, american-lit

This book, written in an ethereal tone and with great tenderness, is filled with vulnerability, love, and a cultural blend. It tells a beautiful love story between a Latina girl and an Italian-Pakistani trans boy. While the story deals with delicate issues such as gender identity, I mostly liked this book for its magical realism theme and airy writing!
