“Each being the precedent to another, each being the residence to another, we shall build the universal residence of love and light for everybody - where nobody will be alien, nobody will be destitute, where nobody will be persecuted, nobody will have reason to be rude.”
Abhijit Naskar, Find A Cause Outside Yourself: Sermon of Sustainability

“Ain't My Fourth of July (The Sonnet)

Fourth of July comes and goes,
Yet slavery remains and thrives.
It kills in the name of supremacy,
It causes ruin in a pro-life guise.
Real advocates of life value life,
And place life above all belief.
Belief that values guns over person,
Is only pro-death and pro-disease.
Freedom involves accountability,
Without which we are just free animals.
Those who turn superstition into law,
Are no judge but a bunch of dumbbells.
This ain't my Fourth of July, for I actually value life.
Till all lives are deemed equal, I'll continue to strive.”
Abhijit Naskar, Amantes Assemble: 100 Sonnets of Servant Sultans

“Some figures are tapwater,
While others are natural spring.
Some are just good writers,
While others are Maya, Martí and King.”

“Peygamber Parabrahma (The Sonnet)

In a world where segregation is sanity,
True sanity begins with insanity.
You have to be insane to be egalitarian,
Inclusion is instilled through insanity.
In a world where indifference is sanity,
True sanity begins with insanity.
You have to be insane to take a stand,
Accountability comes through insanity.
In a world where selfishness is sanity,
True sanity begins with insanity.
You have to be insane to be wiped out for others,
Amidst inhumanity, humanity comes through insanity.
Sanity beyond sanity comes from the human beyond human.
Only such human is peygamber, such human is parabrahman.”

“I say this with all my humility,
To the fundamentalists particularly.
This is not meant for those of faith,
Who never claim ideological supremacy.

What do the dumbbells of bible know,
About the bold serendipities of love!
What do the captives of koran know,
About the welcoming language of the dove!

What do the vultures of vedas know,
About the elimination of assumption!
What do the militants of atheism know,
About the sweetness of assimilation!

I learnt my religion on the streets,
Like Jesus, Gautama, Shams and Shankara.
Given the choice between dogma and love,
The human always chooses love over dogma.

Love finds new meaning in every age,
Each amplifies the glory of the last one.
Those who fear expansion out of insecurity,
Deserve only pity not serious consideration.

But beware o lovers, hate not those,
Who stand as obstacle in your love.
Lovers are born to conquer hate and fear,
To reciprocate them is to dishonor love.”

“Amor Apocalypse is headed our way,
Now that Roe vs Wade is overturned.
Love is where the scrotum-brain scotus,
Will lay next their filthy hand.

First they came for our choice,
Then they'll come for our love.
Soon they'll go for good old lynching,
Land of the free will be land of the shrubs.

Straight and queer are products of a bipolar world,
In the sanctuary of love there's no straight, no queer.
In love's domain queer is straight, straight is queer,
A heart full of love and light is radiantly nonpolar.”

“World is My Family (The Sonnet)

Family is the world to everybody,
But to me the world is my family.
In the life of a true human,
Raising a wall is but blasphemy.
If the world is Juliet, I'm her Romeo,
If the world is Romeo, I'm his Juliet.
Amidst the storms of hate and hurt,
I am but an anchor of love and lenience.
I'll hide the world in my heart if necessary,
To provide sanctuary is the heart's purpose.
The struggle of this human will continue,
Till all drives of hate are memories of the past.
So I say again, my world is my responsibility.
Beware my dear bigots, I'm injurious to inhumanity!”

“This is how we make all lives matter (The Sonnet)

Wherever a black life is shot of suspicion,
I am that black life that didn't matter.
Wherever a woman is forced to remain pregnant,
I am that woman who doesn't matter.
Wherever a muslim is presumed terrorist,
I am that muslim who doesn't matter.
Wherever a queer life is persecuted,
I am that queer who doesn't matter.
Standing up to cannibalism requires,
No exclusive background and identity.
All that matters is that you are human,
Only requirement of justice is humanity.
This is how we make all lives matter, all lives free.
Injustice on anyone anywhere is injustice on me.”

“Mental Piece (The Sonnet)

In the west you call me humanitarian scientist,
Somewhere in the middle you call me pragmatist.
In the middle-east you call me sufi or dervish,
In the east you call me advaitin or nondualist.
No matter how you see me, you all are my own,
Each of you is family, each of you is my home.
Then there are those who ardently call me fraud,
Which also is a sign of love, but yet unknown.
I am not a person, prison or path, for I am vicdan,
I'm saadet, my friend, I am the spirit of unification.
Call the sun as you like, it still brightens the world,
In the domain of realization, to label is desecration.
All labels are equally right yet equally incomplete.
In a world full of showpiece I am but a mental piece.”

“Politics is The New Opium (The Sonnet)

I started writing on politics to impress a girl,
Then she left for a native white, balkan alternative.
But I was too deep in the pickle to leave politics,
Eventually the struggling nobody arose a global native.
Originally I was inclined towards writing on religion,
But soon I realized justice is the religion of tomorrow.
And the world's notion of religion is beyond repair,
Terms of religion lost their charm to me more and more.
Religion was the opium for the masses of yesterday,
Politics is opium for the masses of today.
But politics of pop culture is not what I work on,
My politics is not left or right, but mostly grey.
As a brain scientist, my work is to dissect human nature.
If it makes way for a better society, that's a great honor.”
Abhijit Naskar, Ingan Impossible: Handbook of Hatebusting

“Days of single nationality, single religion are gone, it's the age of universal nationality and religion. In this civilized age, human nationality is humanity, human religion and culture are love and compassion.”

“Leave the pedestals for the stuffed animals. You for one, take the ground. Take the ground, work the ground, live the ground, and lift the ground.”

Aida Mandic
“During the Bosnian War in 1992, the Serb forces took over the Prijedor municipality. The Serbian Democratic Party (SDS) repeatedly broadcasted the Serb forces’ capture of Prijedor on radio as a display of significant victory. For further hostile takeover, 400 men were added to the Serb forces in Cirkin Polje (town in Prijedor) to seize Prijedor’s governing bodies such as the municipality, post office, police, bank, courts etc. By April, they successfully captured these government entities.

This forceful takeover by Serb politicians was declared to be an illegal coup d’état by the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia (ICTY). The coup was a cold blooded, pre-planned strategic effort to capture Prijedor and convert it into a pure Serb municipality. These strategic plans were never concealed. Milomir Stakić played an important role in the strategic capture by the Serb forces.”

“Handicapped is not the one with a crippled body, Handicapped is the one with a crippled heart.”

“Inert objects look good on the mantelpiece. That's about all. They have no other role under the sun. Don’t be a showpiece on the mantelpiece my friend - be a mental piece, and blow your top every time you witness an injustice taking place, and do whatever is necessary to restrain the wrong.”

“World Administrative Service (The Sonnet)

Awake, Arise, Oh Saint Soldiers,
Don't stop till you reach your goal!
Awake, Arise, Oh Saint Soldiers,
Don't stop till your dreams are whole!
Awake, Arise, Oh Saint Soldiers,
Don't stop till there is no injustice.
Awake, Arise, Oh Saint Soldiers,
Don't stop till the world is in peace.
Awake, Arise, Oh Saint Soldiers,
Do not stop till love is the only way.
Awake, Arise, Oh Saint Soldiers,
Don't stop till all prejudice is thrown away.
Civilization is born when all our sentience converge.
Puny minds make puny-verse, uni-minds make universe.”

“Servant Scientist (The Sonnet)

No academician lent me a hand,
No industry gave an ounce of backup.
If I am what I am today, it's because,
I was too stubborn to give up.
Hence I can say without hesitation,
My legacy is built only by me,
Not an industry, not a benefactor,
And definitely not some university.
I come from the working class,
With neither education nor wealth.
Hence, my priority is always people,
Not comfort, nor intellect, nor gelt.
The name is Naskar, I'm a Servant Scientist,
Painkiller to people, pesticide to prejudice.”

Every sapiens is a power plant.
Reckless mind is mayhem machine,
Hateless mind is lightland.”

“I am a very violent person,
Yet nobody has seen my violence.
I've kept it overwhelmed all my life,
With a heart full of gentleness.”
Abhijit Naskar, Amor Apocalypse: Canım Sana İhtiyacım

Abhijit Naskar
“I am too busy to waste time discussing people,
People who can't tell suffering from inconvenience.
My people are the meek, my people are the destitute,
My people are those too hungry to pass judgment.”
Abhijit Naskar, Amor Apocalypse: Canım Sana İhtiyacım

Abhijit Naskar
“Bonkers human is righteous human,
All others are sleeping mice.
If you ain't bonkers for love and life,
There is no love, there is no life.”
Abhijit Naskar, Amor Apocalypse: Canım Sana İhtiyacım

Abhijit Naskar
“One day all of us will end up
six feet under, do you want your grave
to stink of hate or smell of love!
I for one will die of love despite hate,
so that even when I'm gone,
I leave behind nothing but love.”
Abhijit Naskar, Amor Apocalypse: Canım Sana İhtiyacım
