The series you are talking about--titled THE TIME CONTROL TRILOGY--was one I had planned to pub in autumn 2023 but ended up canceling for various reasons (health and a crazy schedule among them).
I don't have any plans to publish this as I'm pretty well booked up. Maybe one day!

Hi Shantal/Minerva SM Goodwin’s Absence of Mercy was a phenomenal read for the first in the historical murder mystery genre. Absolutely entered the book. But the icing is the audiobook. Narrated by Rupert Degas, it’s a great listen. My first favorite male narrator. I’m an fan now. When can be expect the next book?

Idk maybe it’s just that when I see a character like this I assume it’s a persona and he’s just pretending to be a louche fribble whilst actually working for the Home Office, so combined with the name I was like hmm, is this about my beloved baby Byerly? Anyway enjoying your work and thx for the response, and it’s always the right time for a Vorkosigan re-read.
