Discussed briefly on May 24 2010 call.
In order to generically refer to anatomy in OBI, we can use uberon classes which subsume contributing anatomy ontologies.
For example, "blood specimen" and "bronchial alveolar lavage".
Uberon is available here: http://github.com/cmungall/uberon
(open uberon_edit.obo with the reasoner on)
and here: http://www.obofoundry.org/cgi-bin/detail.cgi?id=uberon
tracker is also available there too.
