Trivia[]

  • Note: This episode semi-breaks the fourth wall by addressing the viewers about spotting Disney Mickey Mouse logos, apparently promising a trip to Disneyland (now outdated). The logos can be spotted, with one such during the intro. This actually was a "watch-and-win" contest in real life made by George Lopez when the episode aired on April 30, 2004, in which viewers had a chance to win $10,000, a family trip to Disneyland, and other cool things by spotting all the Mickey Mouses, which were hidden throughout the episode. At the conclusion of the episode, viewers were asked to submit their results either to abc.com or mail them in for a chance to win. Due to the contest being over, this episode rarely is shown on reruns.
  • This episode is banned from syndication due to copyright claims with the Walt Disney Company. This episode was a contest to see who could find the most Hidden Mickeys throughout the show, and the winner would win $10,000 and a family vacation for four to the Disneyland Resort.
  • When George and Benny get off the log ride, they aren't wet.

Quotes[]

  • George [to Benny]: Growing up, you never took me to Disneyland and we only lived 40 minutes away and all my friends got to go. Why didn't you ever take me?
  • Benny: I took you when you were 6, don't believe me, look on the back of your arm, there's a scar from when I pulled you under the fence.
  • George: You made that mark with your fingernail so the school would think I had my vaccinations.

  • Benny: I took you to Disneyland once but you were too young to enjoy it.
  • George: Why don't I remember it?
  • Benny: Because you weren't born yet.
