Piper Mechansim

The Savior of Physical Teams
Piper, as the second anomaly character in the entire game, is an A-rank character who has saved the physical team. Piper provides damage buffs while spinning and accumulating physical buildup, making Piper a highly versatile on-field physical anomaly character.

Piper’s Skill Mechanism

Special attack and Damage Buffs
Piper’s special attack has three spinning speeds, where the faster the spin, the higher the damage. Each spin can increase physical buildup efficiency by 2%, stacking up to 40% (20 spins). Piper’s buildup is already excellent and gets stronger with spinning, allowing her to contribute 72% of the physical buildup for the physical team with just the special attack. 

Damage Buffs
When the spin stacks exceed 20 layers, it provides an 18% team-wide damage boost. As long as Piper continues to spin within 12 seconds, the damage boost time can be refreshed. Thus, Piper needs to keep spinning on-field to ensure high buildup while maintaining the team’s damage boost state. Although Piper’s individual damage is not high, her effective output contribution can still reach about 27%. While not as strong as Lycaon, Piper is a highly desired on-field character for physical teams.

Press to activate: Piper spins and launches a sweeping slash around her, dealing Physical DMG.

Hold to extend the skill duration, unleashing increasingly powerful spinning slashes and increasing the charge level of the skill up to 2 times.

If the skill is used after the first 3 hits of a Basic Attack, Dash Attack, or Dodge Counter, you can quickly activate Special Attack: Tire Spin of an increased charge level.

During the skill activation, Anti-Interrupt level increases, and DMG taken is reduced by 40%.

Piper’s signature W-engine Roaring Ride has a rather unique mechanism. It requires a high-frequency Ex Special to repeatedly trigger its effects. Piper’s high-frequency attacks ensure that all effects are activated, giving this weapon an unparalleled advantage.

Sub Stats

The most suitable set for Piper is 4 pcs Fanged Metal plus 2 pcs Freedom. However, if no one in the team can bring 4 pcs Freedom, then Piper has to carry the 4 pcs Freedom set herself.

About main stats and sub stats, just like other Anomaly characters, it’s best to stack AM and AP as much as possible.

Piper Team

Piper Disorder Team

The Disorder team composed of Rina, Grace, and Piper takes advantage of the high Shock damage. It’s essential to trigger Shock first before deploying Piper to trigger Assault. Use Assault to activate Disorder and maximize the damage output.

Piper Pure Physical Team

The physical team consisting of Piper, Nekomata, and Corin is currently the best physical team. Piper handles stuns and deals Anomal Buildup, while Nekomata uses Quick Assist for damage output. During the Daze period, switch to Corin for burst damage.
