No this is not a new Font. It's a simple trick if you use Photoshop. Put the USA in big black letters, I used Rockwell Extra Bold, on a flag. Adjust them so you get the red on the top and the bottom. Then with the Flag over the letters, and only those two layers active, go to the Layers Palette menu and click on "Create Clipping Mask", and it puts it on a transparent background for you.
