Water evaporates at room temperature because the molecules at the surface of the liquid have weaker attraction than those in the bulk. When the surface is exposed to sunlight, some molecules gain enough energy to escape into the atmosphere. The level of humidity in the air also plays a role in the process of evaporation.

This is an underwater picture. The deep blue water is crystal clear. The sunlight shines through the water and creates a beautiful pattern on the sandy bottom. There are some fish swimming in the distance. The coral reefs on both sides are in various shapes and sizes. They are covered in colorful algae. The scene is very peaceful and relaxing.
