Japalura is an animal in Far Cry 4, which can be found dotted around the place in certain caves, such as in Kyra's Guidance. When killed, regardless of if with arrows, bolts or knives, it can be skinned for 2 of its skin, called "Japalura Skin".
In the loot bag, the description for Japalura Skin is: "There is more skin on this lizard that you'd expect. Gather enough and you can craft with it." However, there are no crafting recipes in the game that require this skin.
