The arrow has a triangular arrowhead, consisting of a pointed shaft with three fins behind it, which glows blue and has two white fletchings at the end of the shaft.[1]
Description[]
The arrow was created four hundred years ago by Kalard, as the culmination of his research into dispelling the Magic of the Phoenix Stone, having entrusted it to the Magic Council before his death. The arrow contains Dispel which is capable of destroying the Phoenix Stone.[1]
