It’s a relatively easy method of retaining information for a long time and can be used all year not just before exams! Following a set schedule: Day 1: Revise/learn Day 2: Review for 1st time Day 3: Review for 2nd time Day 5: Review for 3rd time Day 7: Review for 4th time After day 7, start this cycle again but add more chapters and topics as you move forward. For example, if I studied chapter 1 from Biology on Day 1, then on Day 7 I will study Chapter 2 AND revise chapter 1. Similarly, on Day 14 (since we are scheduling this 1 week), I will study Chapter 3 AND revise chapter 1,2.
