Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions:

Prepare the Pudding:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
Chill:
