Our bodies have this inherent asymmetry that can make us lean towards one side and result in a higher arch on the right or a lower arch on the left.

So, let’s work on it! Start by doing more calf raises to strengthen that left arch and find ways to stretch or flatten out the arch on the right side. Trust me, it’s a game-changer!

This one is important to help fix: ✅ shoulder posture ✅ optimize ribcage over pelvic posture ✅ help activate your core more efficiently  ✅ help you move better in general.   Thoracic and rib mobility is so important in order for OTHER areas of the body to move more efficiently.   Tip 💡 1️⃣ Make sure you are NEVER arching your back during this exercise (or flaring your front ribs). The foot is a complex structure that contains a lot of bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The foot has to be pretty pliable during the initial phase of walking, when the foot hits the ground. Then it has to be more rigid during the push off phase.

When trying to improve arch height and foot strength, it’s important to work on strengthening the muscles in the foot and working on calf strength and hip stability.
