La temporada 1990-91 fue la vigesimoprimera de los Portland Trail Blazers en la NBA. La temporada regular acabó con 63 victorias y 19 derrotas, ocupando el primero puesto de la conferencia Oeste, clasificándose para los playoffs, en los que cayeron ante Los Angeles Lakers en las finales de conferencia.[1]​
