Please review the AWB guide before making a request. Users with under 250 non-automated mainspace edits or 500 total mainspace edits are rarely approved. You can check your non-automated contributions on Tool Labs. Administrators are automatically approved and do not need to request access. For bots, please consult the Bot Approvals Group or bureaucrats' noticeboard about adding AWB access.
This page is for requesting AWB Access for English Wikipedia only. Other projects have their own check pages and you should ask administrators there to add you.
If approved, your name will be added to the CheckPage. If you will make many or fast automated edits using AWB, you may wish to use a separate (or bot) account for that purpose.

My previous account, Tomandjerry211, had the right to use AWB. However, I lost my account password, forcing me to switch to my alt account. After a [[1]] at the noticeboard, my account name was changed, my old account was blocked, and my previous user rights were given back. @Tomandjerry311: I have no problem regranting you the right, but AWB has potential to be used for high-volume vandalism. Could you affirm that you've read Wikipedia:User account security?
