Morvant is a hilly community in Trinidad it is known for undesirable,poor people also the main road is the Lady Young Road that takes from Baritaria to Port of Spain as a shourt cut from the Eastern Mainroad and the Churchill Roosevelt Highway.The famous landmarks are the Hilton Hotel,Neal and Massey Motors and the AVM TV studios.It is on the news very often because of the crime,poor utility serviceand other things.
