My name is Janez Janša is a 2012 documentary film about name change created by three artists, one of them the film director, who in 2008 changed their name to Janez Janša, a right-wing Slovene politician.

It was filmed in context of the politician Janez Janša criticized as having used Machiavellian political maneuvering when he took the Prime minister's seat instead of Zoran Jankovič who was relative winner at the 2011 elections.

The film has been criticized as Degenerate art[1] and the support of Viba film, a state-funded film production company, had been canceled. On the other hand, director of Slovenian Film Center in his analysis said that the film is no to be judged by politicians, but film critics and audience.
