ECFS or EAST CARIBBEAN FIBRE SYSTEM links 14 eastern Caribbean islands on a repeaterless fibre optical submarine communications cable.

The cable is 1730km in length and runs from the British Virgin Islands to Trinidad.

Installed in 1995, it is owned by Cable & Wireless, France Telecom, AT&T.
