It is a United States statue, and since there's a lack of a freedom of panorama for artistic statues in the United States, any image of this statue will be copyrighted to the author of the original work. This specific image cannot be replaced because its fair use here is to depict the Charging Bull statue's testicles possessing a noteworthy lustrousness. This in turn explains further in regards to discussing an critical comment about the excessive rubbing of the testicles in particular, in addition to nose and horns. |
