This specific image cannot be replaced because its fair use here is to depict the Charging Bull statue's testicles possessing a noteworthy lustrousness. This in turn explains further in regards to discussing an critical comment about the excessive rubbing of the testicles in particular, in addition to nose and horns.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	This image depicts the testicles of the sculpture, discussed in the section "Evolution into a Tourist Attraction" section of the "Charging Bull" article. The existing photo in the infobox does not include the back of the bull and viewers cannot see the testicles. The image has been reduced to 0.1 megapixels per the Wikipedia fair use guidelines.
