airfocus is a product management software. Launched in 2018,[1] the platform provides tools for prioritization, roadmapping, objectives and key results, feedback handling, and integration with various project management tools.
History
[edit]airfocus GmbH was founded by Malte Scholz, Valentin Firak and Christian Hoffmeister in 2017 [1] in Hamburg, Germany. Initially, the company aimed to address the challenges faced by teams in prioritizing product work and projects effectively.[2] In the years following the launch of the airfocus software, it evolved to encompass broader strategic planning functionalities.
In November 2019, airfocus GmbH raised €1.7 million in their seed funding round.[3] In June 2021, the company announced a new round of financing in the amount of $5 million. The round was led by XAnge in participation with Nauta Capital.[4] In January 2024, airfocus announced their series A funding round of $7.5 million.[5]
