Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/19--

Both seem completely pointless references to "ways you can get away without actually writing a year". Something that might belong in a manual of style, but certainly not in an encyclopedia. I've never seen or heard of "19--" as reference to "some year in C20, but we don't know which" in sf. I'd also question the opening of the second article: "???? is a series of four question marks."
