Balance?

There is so little to this article besides the "Drug policy" section. It's not much of a biography. It's at least WP:UNDUE, if not an outright WP:COATRACK. Can we do something to fix this? Ntsimp (talk) 14:08, 17 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
