U.S. Highway 165 is a spur of U.S. Highway 65. It currently runs for 412 miles from North Little Rock, Arkansas to Iowa, Louisiana at U.S. Highway 90. It passes through the states of Arkansas and Louisiana. It goes through the cities of Monroe, Louisiana and Alexandria, Louisiana.
