U.S. Highway 280 is a spur of U.S. Highway 80. It currently runs for 392 miles from Blitchton, Georgia at U.S. Highway 80 to Birmingham, Alabama at U.S. Highway 31. It passes through the states of Georgia and Alabama. It goes through the cities of Columbus, Georgia and Birmingham, Alabama.
