The selection process for the 1924 Summer Olympics consisted of six bids, and saw Antwerp be selected ahead of Amsterdam, Atlanta, Budapest, Cleveland, Havana, Lyon and Philadelphia. The selection was made at the 29th IOC Session in Lausanne in 1921.[1]
