Victor Lonell Hicks (born January 19, 1957) is a former American football tight end who played one season with the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Rams in the fifth round of the 1979 NFL draft. He played college football at the University of Oklahoma and attended Estacado High School in Lubbock, Texas.[1] He was also member of the New Jersey Generals and Denver Gold of the United States Football League (USFL).
