Outcome

The Resignation of Sheikh Hasina as the 10th prime minister of Bangladesh, which she signed on 5 August 2024, at around 3:00 p.m. BST (09:00 GMT) and fled the country on a helicopter with her sister, Sheikh Rehana to India, Hasina's biggest ally, arriving in Delhi via Agartala.[1][2]
