-- Obradović Goran (talk 14:11, 6 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Was the Cetina-Una line the historic border of Croats and Serbs in the Early Medieval Ages? HolyRomanEmperor 17:03, 5 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. It is to my believe, though, that the region between Bosna and Una was a region almost equally inhabitted by Croats and Serbs. When Serbia would include Bosnia, Croats became a minority, and when Croatia would include Bosnia, Serbs became a minority... right? HolyRomanEmperor 20:51, 7 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

When did the Serbs start to appear in the Frontier region (Lika, Banija, Kordun...)? HolyRomanEmperor 20:53, 7 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

But what I don't understand is that there were Krka, Krupa and that D... seven centuries ago! Long before the Ottomans... If there were no Serbs there, why were they made? HolyRomanEmperor 22:08, 7 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I meant Serbian Orthodox monasteries Krka, Krupa and Dragović :))) They're almost seven hundred years old. Krka was raised by Emperor Dushan's sister, Countess Hellena Šubić of Bribir, wife of Pavao Šubic. HolyRomanEmperor 13:23, 8 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, but I precisely meant to say that there was an "island" of Serbs in the Krka region back then... HolyRomanEmperor 14:04, 22 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Help preserve the Serbian Greek Confederation Article(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Serbian_Greek_Empire). Whether you think it ought to be deleted or not, will be up to you ;however, I believe that you, like myself recognize at least the validity of many of the facts that it presents, and that you will vote keep. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Serbian_Greek_Empire_2 Dumanov

Your vote certianly has helped! Thanks! Dumanov

I saw on sr wiki that you added the info on that Bosnian Ban. Could you find me a source for that part were it mentionens that he was a Serb (i. e. the part when he was forcibly converted to a Catholic?) And what do you think about the article now: Matej Ninoslav? --HolyRomanEmperor 23:03, 29 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

OK; I'll be waiting. HolyRomanEmperor 21:20, 31 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Pa ti dodaj onda (ja nemam vrijemena)! --HolyRomanEmperor 12:36, 12 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Nikola 06:59, 14 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Use of English

[edit]

Hey,

Can I suggest on user talk pages you use English, if anythinf for the sake of transparency? Computerjoe's talk 15:41, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Costantine Bodin

[edit]

Ahh... you've made a mess. Why did you move the article to this name when he reigned under a different one too? Please discuss before making controversial moves, now we have to get an administrator to move it back to its original location. TodorBozhinov 18:06, 12 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So he reigned under two names, "Constantine Bodin of Duklja" and "Peter III of Bulgaria", and he is known under both. TodorBozhinov 08:42, 13 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Golubac

[edit]

Hi! I've been trying to expand the English article, and much of the information I have now is from the Serbian article, which looks like it was written mostly by you. Any chance you remember where you found the information, so I can cite it when I add it here? Thanks, -Bbik 02:45, 12 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks! And don't worry about it taking so long -- things happen, not a big deal. And besides, late is better than never! -Bbik 02:53, 27 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary, which wasn't included with your recent edit to International recognition of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. Thank you. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nixeagle (talkcontribs) 14:25, 13 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Šar Mountains

[edit]

Hello Crni. Thank you for adding the etymology of the mountains' name. If you could add a reference indicating this etymology, it would be most appreciated (it is also required by our Verifiability policy). Does your source also indicate some reason for naming the mountains in this way ?

Furthermore, when you have the source at hand, you may consider adding this fact to the article on the orb (globus cruciger). A simple sentence would suffice... something along the lines of: "The Šar Mountains are named after the Serbian word for orb, šar (шар)." - Best regards, Ev (talk) 11:37, 8 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hval unapred!
