• Weak keep - I found sources in Rivard Report (where is the discussion on WP:RSN that claims this is an unreliable source?), Texas Public Radio and City of San Antonio. There may be more. Seems to be "World famous in San Antonio" but reliable sources have covered him a bit, and I can't think of where else I'd redirect such content. • Delete - obvious WP:COI / WP:AUTOBIO with dishonest sock-puppetry thrown in for good measure. Want an article about yourself? Take it to WP:RA.
