The result was delete. There is a clear consensus that the references provided are not sufficient to demonstrate notability.--Ymblanter (talk) 13:04, 19 November 2013 (UTC)

Delete, I do not believe this person passes the notability criteria for WP:ARTIST Hell In A Bucket (talk) 15:57, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
Please do not delete. Provided references show that this artist has made notable achievements and performed with other notable artists.
- Please review WP:ARTIST and WP:RS right now the article definitely falls short. Hell In A Bucket (talk) 16:45, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
- References are adequate to establish required credentials.

- Comment I've struck all of brentmwatkins' !votes except the above one. Jackmcbarn (talk) 03:06, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
KEEP. This page seems to meet all criteria. Objective article with sourced information Jaygarcia53 (talk) 20:51, 4 November 2013 (UTC)jaygarcia53 — Jaygarcia53 (talk • contribs) is a confirmed sockpuppet of Brentmwatkins (talk • contribs).

- Delete This is an autobiography referenced only to an alumni publication. The author should read WP:AUTOBIOGRAPHY and WP:COI. Not notable. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 00:01, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- See list of external links for AllMusic discography in addition to various articles (Including JazzTimes magazine) that reference the artist. Artist has also performed with numerous notable groups. Brentmwatkins (talk) 01:24, 5 November 2013 (UTC)brentmwatkins
- Sorry, autobiographer, you don't get to iVote twice. Don't you realize that such behavior only draws more attention to your attempts at self-promotion? Cullen328 Let's discuss it 01:34, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- Additional references have been added. Jaygarcia53 (talk) 01:54, 5 November 2013 (UTC)jaygarcia53
- Sorry, my mistake. Didn't realize I couldn't write "keep" again. Brentmwatkins (talk) 01:57, 5 November 2013 (UTC)brentmwatkins
- Comment The Jazz Times link is a passing reference of less than a sentence. It does not establish notability. Cullen328 Let's discuss it 02:40, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- Comment The Rivard Report is a local entertainment website started by a husband and wife team in 2012. I do not consider it a reliable source sufficient for establishing notability of a musical performer.Cullen328 Let's discuss it 02:51, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- Clerk note: Tagged blocked sockpuppets in this case. --Shirik (Questions or Comments?) 05:09, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
- Weak keep - I found sources in Rivard Report (where is the discussion on WP:RSN that claims this is an unreliable source?), Texas Public Radio and City of San Antonio. There may be more. Seems to be "World famous in San Antonio" but reliable sources have covered him a bit, and I can't think of where else I'd redirect such content. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 11:59, 5 November 2013 (UTC)
KEEPAdditional citations added from reliable/reputable sources (Mail Tribune, Texas Public Radio) Southtexasjazz (talk) 21:17, 5 November 2013 (UTC)southtexasjazz — Southtexasjazz (talk • contribs) is a confirmed sockpuppet of Brentmwatkins (talk • contribs).- Comment Southtexasjazz is a blocked sockpuppet of Brentmwatkins, so their iVote must be disregarded. - Relisted to generate a more thorough discussion so a clearer consensus may be reached.

- Delete - obvious WP:COI / WP:AUTOBIO with dishonest sock-puppetry thrown in for good measure. Want an article about yourself? Take it to WP:RA. But I don't think the subject meets WP:GNG given the limited geographical scope of the sources in question. Stalwart111 02:42, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
- Delete Borderline, but to me, seems to fail notability. Jackmcbarn (talk) 03:10, 13 November 2013 (UTC)
