According to visa and passport information from International Air Transport Association (IATA) provided by Delta Air Lines, the following countries and territories provide visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to holders of PRC private passport.[1] Where visa-free access is permitted, such access is not necessarily a right, and admission may technically be at the discretion of border enforcement officers. Visitors engaging in activities other than tourism, including unpaid work, may require a visa or work permit. As of April 2011 Chinese immigration authorities do not allow mainland Chinese citizens to board outbound flights without a valid visa for the destination country even if the destination country grants visa on arrival to Chinese passport holders. Exceptions are possible if the traveler has a third countries visa and a connection flight from the destination country to the third country. [2]

Kuwait	for vacation or leisure for a max stay of 1 month and having sponsor in Kuwait, who holds the original visa, and holding confirmation from the transporting carrier that visa is available upon arrival (at a fee of max. KWD 5.-) [85]
Kyrgyzstan	1-month visa issued on arrival, if required, a visa, valid for one month for all nationals coming from countries with representation of Kyrgyzstan, provided holding confirmation from Kyrgyzstan authorities[86]
Lebanon	On arrival: if required, at Beirut Int'l Airport to businessmen, bankers, directors and investors for a stay of max. 6 months. Visa issuance is based on prior approval obtained from the Lebanese Immigration Directorate, arranged by a sponsor who must present the application in person. Processing will occur within 48 hours. On arrival: if required, at Beirut Int'l Airport to tourist groups (minimum of 8 persons), provided sponsored by a registered tour operator in Lebanon, for up to a max. stay of 6 months. On arrival: those whose visa is available at Immigration BIA provided having been cleared by the transporting carrier by written notification from Immigration BIA[87]
Macau	7 days for those transitting to a third country. Not applicable for those wishing to visit Macau only. [88]
Macedonia	A max. single stay of 15 days, up to a max. of 90 days within a six month period, for holders of a valid multiple-entry, Schengen Type C visa. - Visa must be valid for at least 5 days beyond the period of intended stay in Macedonia (FYROM) and must be valid to (re-)enter the Schengen Area TIRGL/SCHN. It must also be valid for all Schengen Member States. Entry into Macedonia (FYROM) does not affect the validity of the visa. Used single entry Schengen visas are not included. [89]
Mali	A visa can be obtained by contacting Le Directeur des Services de Scurit("Director of Security") at Bamako [90]
Mexico	Visa free for US and Canadian permanent residents [91][92]
Myanmar	On arrival (if not possible to apply for a visa through an embassy or consulate-general of Myanmar): at Yangon Airport, for a max. stay of 28 days, provided holding a pre-approved letter issued by the Ministry of Hotels and Tourism (MHT) and submitting a copy of the passport, itinerary and address in Myanmar. Nicaragua	Up to 90 days visa on arrival for those holding a visa for Canada, U.S.A. or a Schengen member state [94]
Norfolk Island	Visa exemption may be granted to those holding a visa permitting travel to Australia, which must be valid for 30 days beyond the period of intended stay in Norfolk Island [95]
Northern Mariana Islands	Visa exempted for PRC Nationals who holds a valid (at least 6-month) re-entry Visa to the USA, or those who are alien residents of: the USA or Canada or the UK or Australia or Japan, or those who are entitled to travel under the CNMI-Only Parole Provision, for holiday or business purposes. Panama	Visa exempted for a max. stay of 30 days for holders of a valid visa for Andorra, Australia, Canada, Iceland, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, USA or a EU Member State [101]

Russia	No visa is required if living at the Sino-Russian border, for citizens not living at the border must apply for a visa in advance.
Singapore	30 days, for normal passports endorsed "For Public Affairs". Transit visa： 96 hour, for holder of a valid visa or a Residence Permit (still valid for at least one month) for Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom and the U.S.A.. [106]
Syria	Visa issued for passengers whose visa has been arranged by sponsor in Syria through Immigration Authorities in Syria [107]
Taiwan	Must first obtain the "Taiwan Entry and Exit Permit" issued by Taiwan to nationals of China (People's Rep.) not residing in Taiwan. [108]
Turkey	Official passport holders are exempted from visa for their travels up to 30 days[109]
